How quickly can you start the shipments?

What is your production capacity?

Productivity is 1000-1500 tons of construction metal structures per month

What supplier do you get your metal from?

Approximately 40% of the metal is purchased from local warehouses of large companies (Severstal, Mechel, Evraz, Metallkomplekt, Metallocenter Lider-M, etc.). About 30% are rare items or 09G2s steel, which we purchase in Moscow. Another 30% is from the Urals. The main criteria for choosing a metal supplier are reliability, availability in the warehouse, and a quick response to requests.

Do you make drawings for metal structures?

Yes, we do. We have our own experienced designers.

How many people do you employ?

In total, about 176 people work for us. There are 40 people in the office: sales (16), accounting (2), economists (1), production planning department (6), design department (7), quality control and technical control (5), procurement (2), and lawyers (1). 136 people work in production: welders/assemblers (45), local flows (4), profile section (25), shaped section (15), welded beam (4), painting and shipping (39), technical support (4).

What kind of painting do you have?

We have a shot blasting treatment in a pass-through chamber. Usually, we prime with GF-021. We also apply enamel paint according to the technical specifications.
